Executive Director: Jan Pasquerella, BSW.
The new Executive Director of Sarah Care Adult Day Center in Coral Springs comes to this center with 25 years
of experience in working with the geriatric population. Jan Pasquerella is a graduate of Molloy College located
in Rockville Center, New York. Jan majored in Nursing for 3 years and decided to change her career path to Social
Work with a minor in Sociology. Since that time she has provided services to the senior population in Nursing
home settings, hospital settings and in the home. Her vast experience started in admissions and marketing and
worked up to the Nursing Home Administrator level. Jan is very excited to begin this career in Adult Day Care
as her love and compassion for the elderly has been her passion since she was a child.
Registered and Licensed Nurses: to administer prescribed medications, provide educational
programs, manage day-to-day health needs, and attend to emergencies.
Social Workers: to provide family support and assist with plans of care.
Activities Professionals: to conduct personalized activity programs.
Nursing Assistants: to assist with personal care.
Dietary Consultants: to assist with meal plans and special diets.
