This Privacy Policy explains how The Beyda Adult Day Care Center LLC, doing business as SarahCare of Coral Springs ("SarahCare of Coral Springs," "we," "us"), handles information collected through www.sarahcare-cs.com, by phone, and through our text messaging program.

- Information you give us. When you use a contact or tour-request form, call us, email us or text us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address and the details of your question.
- Website usage information. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). This uses cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your questions, schedule tours, provide and manage our adult day care services, run and improve this website, and meet legal and licensing requirements.
Text messaging (SMS)
SarahCare of Coral Springs operates a private text messaging program called SarahCare Atlas. It is used only by the owner and director of SarahCare of Coral Springs to send and receive short reminders, answers and daily updates. We collect the mobile phone number and the opt-in consent used for this program, and we use them only to run the program. Message frequency is up to about 10 messages a day. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our website, email and text messaging (for example, our website form handler, analytics provider and messaging carrier), and when the law requires it.
Health information
Please do not send health or medical details through the website forms or by text. Information about participants in our program is handled separately under our health-privacy obligations.
